The engagement produced a raft of important agreements to deepen cooperation between both nations. A major highlight of the visit was the signing of a partnership agreement between Nigeria's Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (SMEDAN) and two of Brazil's leading institutions for trade promotion and SME development — ApexBrasil and SEBRAE. The collaboration is expected to open new doors for Nigerian small businesses, strengthen technical capacity, and provide opportunities for knowledge exchange that will benefit entrepreneurs across the country. Under the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu, which recognizes SMEs as the true backbone of the economy, SMEDAN reaffirmed its commitment to positioning Nigerian entrepreneurs to compete, scale, and thrive on the global stage. | | | |
