Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital Strategy - Develop and implement creative social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Generate engaging and relevant content (posts, videos, graphics, captions).
- Schedule, monitor, and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, hashtags, and engagement tactics.
Administrative Functions - Handle office correspondence, including emails and phone messages.
- Manage client communications and follow up professionally.
- Assist in maintaining schedules, files, and documentation.
- Support other departments in day-to-day administrative operations.
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Minimum qualification: OND in any relevant field.
- Good knowledge of social media management and general media operations.
- Strong content creation, idea generation, and content distribution skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Must be creative, organized, and proactive.
