Beyond delivering homes, the initiative is designed to create sustainable market opportunities for SME contractors, suppliers, and service providers in the construction and housing value chain. The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria will introduce Rent‑to‑Own and Rental Assistance products, targeting young families and urban workers, while the upcoming MOFI Real Estate Investment Fund will increase access to long‑term mortgage financing. A national campaign will also drive state‑level housing policy reforms to improve the ease of doing business in the sector. According to the Minister, these reforms under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda will expand jobs, attract private capital, and create a thriving housing market where SMEs play a central role. | | | |
